As much as design can be functional, it can be fun. I like to explore playful design in my work and find ways to combine digital and analog. I start many projects with sketches and ramblings from my notes app.
Kodak in Motion
MOTION GRAPHICS
I animated the Kodak logo to create a looping entrance, reveal, and exit that would mimic the clicks and operation of a camera using elements of the logo.
Kodak uses bright colors in their brand mark to evoke a sense of joy and optimism that I drew inspiration from to reassemble the logo in a similar playful motion that would bounce in and animate in time with sound effects.

Type & Identity Zine
PUBLICATION
This zine is French folded into 8 pages with a full-scale poster on the back. Featuring type, signage, and handwriting, I explore the presence of typography as it relates to my life and identity.
Manly Men
SOCIAL POST
EDITORIAL
Manly Men refers to the commentary on masculinity and gendered clothing being either expressive or restrictive in response to Harry Styles wearing a dress on the cover of Vogue.
The final images are presented as Instagram posts designed in editorial style and magazine cut-out combining photos with quoted text from tweets and articles.
